Nude Travel: The Last Frontier?

I have to admit, even though I have not partaken in this form of travel, the possibility nude travel gives in the form of traveling lightly by way of packing a minimum volume of clothes is a little bit intriguing. (I’m often seeking for strategies to lighten my bag — as are most travelers.)

This week the Guardian visits “America’s Nudity Central,” Palm Springs, a town blessed with nearly zero rain and 12 months-round sun, great problems for last but not least receiving some sun in individuals tough-to-attain areas. The paper visits The Terra Cotta Inn, just 1 of various nudist getaways wherever clothes-optional attire is not just relegated to late-night pool events like most other hotels. (I cannot wait to read through the remarks on this one from the pro-nudist camp.)

And what kind of difficulties does a single experience when staying at a nude retreat? Unnatural sunburns? Unpleasant encounters when tying one’s sneakers? How about attempting to figure out how to speak to every single other with out getting  the police referred to as on you. “But there had been difficulties: eating was a probable minefield. And every time I spoke to any person I was at a loss to know the place to search. (I plumped for locking my eyes to theirs. ‘Here I am, naked and staring at you like a psychopath.’)”

Eh, I’m not definitely sold. I pack lightly as it is. Plus, I do not have area for all that suntan lotion.
